Lucas Wright, Owner & Head of Sales
A Certified Remodeler, Lucas is one of the co-owners and has known his business partner since they were in fourth grade. Lucas loves interacting with customers and delighting them with everything he does.
Perry Ricardo, Owner & Head of Production
A Certified Remodeler, Perry is one of the co-owners and has known his business partner since fourth grade. He oversees ordering and scheduling, and makes sure that everything is on-site when needed.
Benjamin Anderson, Certified Lead Carpenter
Benjamin has been in the construction business for more than 25 years, with experience in both carpentry and concrete and masonry work. He received his Lead Carpenter Certification in 1986. His expertise is much sought after, especially by those who have benefited from his services. In addition to supervising day-to-day operations, Benjamin is actively involved in ongoing projects. He is as passionate about customer satisfaction as he is about perfection.
David Murphy, Carpenter
David has worked with us for more than 10 years. He has vast knowledge and experience in all aspects of carpentry. He’s great at supervising projects and is known for his exceptional workmanship and attention to detail.
Craig Wilson, Carpenter
Craig graduated from MATC’s Carpentry program with high honors on the Dean’s List and joined us in 2006. Craig likes to makes fast progress and loves to see the look of satisfaction on his customers’ faces once a project is completed!
Sheila Sanders, Bookkeeper
Sheila has been with us for more than 5 years. With 20-plus years of background in business and accounting, Sheila believes in getting things right the first time and manages our office systems including accounting and communications.
